Photography Rates
Clear packages, from a single standout space to a whole home. Every one includes retouching and a broad usage license. These cover interiors work for designers and builders; editorial and magazine commissions are quoted per project.
Introductory rates through December 31, 2026, for new clients booking their first project. Rates return to standard pricing January 1, 2027.

All packages include standard retouching and a broad usage license. Additional photos are $175 each.
Cost sharing works when several parties want the same home, like a designer and a builder on one project. Split the production and the shoot gets more affordable for everyone. Each added collaborator adds 30% of the base package to the project total, and the total is then split evenly, so every party pays less as more come in. Everyone who pays in is fully licensed. On a Standard shoot that runs $1,800 on your own, two parties pay $1,170 each and three pay $960 each.
Licensing included
Every image comes with a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use across all media worldwide. Images can't be resold, transferred to third parties, given away, or materially altered beyond standard cropping. On a cost-shared shoot, each party who pays in is fully licensed.
Retouching included
All packages include standard retouching: color correction, cleanup of minor distractions like outlets, switches, cords, and small blemishes, and the blending needed for clean, natural-looking interiors.
Additional photos
Need more than your package includes? Additional retouched photos are a flat $175 each, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Turnaround
Allow at least three weeks from shoot day for delivery. Larger whole-home projects may run across multiple days, and timing depends on the season and available daylight.
Booking & payment
A $500 non-refundable deposit, due at booking, holds the date, with the balance due on or before shoot day. Free reschedule with 48 hours notice.
